What’s in a name? Some of you may be wondering where MacBeth Farm Interiorscapes came from. When Foliage Design Systems closed its franchise business on May 30, 2023, we needed to rebrand. After many sleepless nights and many discussions with my family, we kept coming back to our roots. For over 75 years, my family operated a farm in the town of Folcroft, PA. My grandmother and father worked the farm day and night for as long as I can remember. We grew corn, tomatoes, and several other types of vegetables and sold them at the farmers market, or on a stand in front of my grandmother’s house.
Early on, I determined farming was not for me. But it was in my blood. I always had beautiful interior and exterior plants in and around our house. After 25 years in the textile business, I was drawn back in – just with a twist. Applying my business skills and my inherent knowledge of plants, I started my journey into the interior plantscape business. Seventeen years later here we are. And now, I am sharing the experience with my son Cade to continue to grow the family tradition into the next generation. We’re happy to bring the new MacBeth Farm Interiorscapes to all of you with our renewed commitment to quality care, personal service, and family love.
